Our Guarantee

We will repair or replace at our discretion billiard tables or components made by us with manufacturing defaults for a period of two years from date of purchase.

Billiard tables with a profesional cap are guaranteed to maintain the bounce within competion standard for a period of 10 years.

Frames made for the BT Std Slate, BT Deluxe Slate, BT Professional and Pool Champ Special are guaranteed to remain straight so that the table leveled on any surface where all feet can touch the ground for a period of 10 years.

Frames made for the BT Deluxe Slate, BT Professional and Pool Champ Special are guaranteed to remain structurally sound for a period of 25 years.

Billiard tables not made by us will have a guarantee as provided by each manufacturer or importer.

On site warranty repair service will be provided free of travelling expenses in the Brisbane area (from Caloundra to Brunswich Heads and west of Gatton). Outside of this area all traveling or freight costs will be at the customers expense.

Warranties and guarantees will apply only to original purchaser, unless agreed otherwise in writing by us.

Exclusions

Our warranty excludes damage or misuse by the customer or any third party, however caused.

Components not made by us will be limited to the supplying manufacturer's warranty, terms and conditions (on most models this would be cloth, rails and brass feet).

Where a claim is made that is not valid then any out of pocket expenses incurred by us must be paid for by the customer.

Other extended warranties may be made by us from time to time. Any such warranties will only apply to those products.
